About Jeff Snyder:
Jeff Snyder brings over 30 years of operational, financial, and management experience to his role as Executive Director of OB-GYN Associates, a position he has held since June 2007. Under his leadership, the practice has grown to include 21 providers and is now the largest and longest-standing OB-GYN group in northern Nevada.
Jeff served as President of the Nevada Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) from 2014 to 2015 and currently acts as a legislative co-liaison for both MGMA and the Healthcare Leadership Alliance (HLA), working alongside Karen Massey, Executive Director of Nevada Emergency Physicians. He also serves on the board of Nevada Health Centers, where he has held leadership roles including Board Chair and Treasurer.
A graduate of the University of Nevada, Jeff’s previous roles include Controller of a multi-property gaming corporation and Chief Operating Officer of a managed care company, where he also held various operational and technology leadership positions. Prior to joining OB-GYN Associates, he worked as a leadership consultant for a national healthcare consulting firm.
Earlier in his career, while working in the insurance sector, Jeff was active in America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP), where he completed the Certified Managed Care Executive (CMCE) program and served as Chair of AHIP’s National Education Committee.
